The existing detached garage was demolished and a new wider garage with rear utility was built with a new master suite comprising bedroom, dressing room and en-suite to the rear.
This again, was a project where the building designer that we usually work with was appointed, which is seen again to achieve great results, using their design flair and our construction knowledge.
A front porch was also added to the existing entrance to add character to the property and to detract from the existing look of the mass produced semi-detached housing.
