The existing fencing was removed and a new Kitchen Diner was built between the dwelling and the garage with master bedroom suite over. The new Kitchen allowed the existing Kitchen to be converted into a Utility Room and the old Dining and Living Rooms knocked into one Large Living Space.

This again, was a project where the building designer that we usually work with was appointed, which is seen again to achieve great results, using their design flair and our construction knowledge.
